Cold Store

Providing of unskilled worker (cleaner) for pre-operative and post shut down cleaning of condenser tank, condenser, in & around cold store chamber, stair case, drying shed & plant room and jungle cutting for three times cold store premises during the year 2025 asper direction of the Engg. In-charge (Labour component only).

Painting of condenser pipe, colling coil, oil separator, receiver including valves etc. complete job by supplying anti corrosive paint (Barger/Asianpaint/Nerolacetc) including priming coat etc. asper direction of the Engg. In-charge

Providing of semi skilled worker for dis-infection of cold storage chamber (Sprayer & chemicals formalin) skilled.

Servicing of Ammonia high speed 3 Nos FRICK INDIA LTD. Make compressor (model 452XL, 1200 rpm ) after dismantling with cleaning water jacket, crank case, oil filters etc. checking of piston ring, delivery valve, suction valve, fly wheel side oil seal, operating valve gland packing and replacement in position if required, changing of compressor oil, (piston ring, delivery valve, suction valve, fly wheel side oil seal operating valve gland packing and compressor oil will be supplied by the department at free of cost, if available) re-assembling, commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Servicing of Kirloskar make 100 KVA and 62.5 KVA 3 phase AC Diesel Generator set after dismantling with checking of tapper clearance, adjustment of tappet clearance if required, clearing of crane case, diesel tank, air cleaner, re-filling of engine oil (mobile) in crank case, replacement of diesel filter & oil filter, reassembling commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge

Providing of 2 Nos Mobil filter element, 2 nos diesel filter(Rough & fine), 1 Nos Air Filter and Engine Oil 40.00 Ltr

Servicing of SIEMENS make 3 Nos 50 HP 3(three) phase slip ring induction motor after disconnecting & dismantling with check of bearing, replacement of bearing if required, checking of insulation resistance of stator & rotor winding, heat and varnishing including re-assembling, re-positioning & re-connection, commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge ( required materials like grease, bearing, varnish etc which will be required, will be issued from the department at free of cost, if available).

Checking of all electrical connections (internal) of panel board, starter box, cold chamber, fan, light etc. inside cold store, Bagbassa

Supplying and fitting fixing of oil filter, gasket set for Ammonia high speed 3 Nos FRICK INDIA LTD. Make compressor (model 452XL, 1200 rpm ) after dismantling and re-assembling, commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Industrial Fan 3 phase 400/415 volt, 450 mm sweep, 1400 rpm 372 watt complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Solenoid fuse (2 amps) for Ammonia high speed 3 Nos FRICK INDIA LTD. Make compressor (model 452XL, 1200 rpm ) after dismantling and re-assembling, commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of panel fuse (2 amps) for Ammonia high speed 3 Nos FRICK INDIA LTD. Make compressor (model 452XL, 1200 rpm ) after dismantling and re-assembling, commissioning complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Thermometer / Hygrometer inside of cold storage of ISI marked complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of VFD 450 volts LNT make for FRICK INDIA LTD. Make compressor (model 452XL, 1200 rpm ) complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Solenoid switch complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Providing and re-filling of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas at Bagbassa cold storage with returnable cylinder within 30 days.

Supplying high speed Diesel oil for DG set operation at Bagbassa cold store.

Supplying and fitting fixing of 1 inch angle valve for supplying of gas Manik make with 1 inch MS pipe of TATA make heavy quality at the pipe line as required.

Supplying of Range set of Taparia make Ring, Dul, Socket, screw driver, etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engg.-in-charge.

Providing of Skilled operator for operation of 2000 MT Cold Storage at Bagbassa, including captive power plant with day to day maintenance and repairing during stipulated period as well as time to time checking and maintaining of daily plan for 3 ( three) shift 24 hours. High Skilled operator per shift (8 Hr. in a shift) Helper / Assistant (8 Hr. in a shift)
