Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc in fair finish surface.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

M&L for Granite stone of any colour (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed & polished), as in floors, cooking platforms and like bedded with and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.
