SUPPLY OF MAN POWER (150 HELPERS) FOR DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLES OF MYSURU CITY CORPORATION Package 2

Bidder should have at least 3 years experience in providing SWM Manpower Services to Government Departments OR any ULBS and Satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as supply of Man Power for Solid waste management works of value not less than 218.00 Lakh (In a Single work)

The Agency must be registered/ have license under Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970&Bidder should have valid Labor license issued by competent authority for Supplying minimum150 Manpower for SWM WORKS and submit the No Objection Certificates (NOC) from Labour Dept.

The firm should have ISO CERTIFICATE NO 45001 -2018 issued by competent authority

Bidder should be registered with appropriate authorities under Employees Provident Fund (EPFO) and Employees State Insurance Acts (ESIC) Should submit the No Objection Certificates (NOC) from PF Commissioner regarding PF remittances of previous years.

Valid GST and PAN certificate Should submit the No Objection Certificates (NOC) from appropriate authorities

The Bidder should submit the Approach & Methodology for better door to door waste Collection in Pre Bid meeting.

The bidder shall upload valid No Objection Certificates (NOCs)/Clearance Certificates from the Labour Department, GST Department, Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), and Employees' State Insurance Department (ESI), confirming that there are no outstanding statutory dues, liabilities, or violations as on the date of bid submission. Failure to furnish the required certificates shall render the bid liable for rejection

The Bidder should upload a Notary stamped affidavit saying that The Bidder will be paying the three consecutive months salary, ESI & PF to the staff whom they are employed even though MCC Mysuru is unable to pay it because of the Corporation Financial Conditions.

Tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of 871.46 Lakh. Should submit the CA UDIN verified copy of the same.

Bidder should Submit a un conditional Line of credit/ Bankers Certificate for Rs 130.71 Lakhs
