Excavation in foundation & plinth in earth work in all kinds of soil containing spade work, blasting work, jumper work including decomposed soft and hard rock etc. with all lifts stacking the excavated soil not mote than 3 m trs clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinth side of watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth with in all leads, lifts foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4app.sand:8app. graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced for reinfoece concrete work in wall(any thickness not less than 0.1m thickness) attahced pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level,including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge..

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2 pp.sand: 4app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors roofs, landings shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all height and depth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in polsition complete upto floor two lelvel including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.including cost of binding wires.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

a)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth and string sources and the like.

Supplying and fixing MS ( man holes cover )with locking arrangement for frame of internal dimension 455x610 mm rectangular MS cover ( light duty) single seat the weight of cover to be not less 23KG, I/c allleads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3app.sand:6app. graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3( 1cement : 3 sand ) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying and priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railings , brackets and similar work. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Fixing GMS pipe for scour pipe, outlet pipe 100mm dia , including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by tbe Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (with hand wheel ) as per IS 780-1984 class-I upto 300mm dia including brass spindle and as pe 2906-1984 class- II for dia 300mm ) complete with bolts , nuts, rubber insertion etc., the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for seperately ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
