Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (one point six seven ltr per ten square meter ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm ( two point two zero kilogram per ten square meter ). Clause 13.46.1 "The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including GST, octroi, royalty, toll tax, sales tax, or any other tax as applicable and imposed by the Government from time to time."

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint other than white,brushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter "The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including GST, octroi, royalty, toll tax, sales tax, or any other tax as applicable and imposed by the Government from time to time."

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture "The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including GST, octroi, royalty, toll tax, sales tax, or any other tax as applicable and imposed by the Government from time to time."

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
