Hubballi-Dharwad BRTS Company Limited (HDBRTS Co. Ltd) intends to engage an agency for providing vehicles on monthly hiring basis

The bidder shall have the experience of successfully operating and providing vehicles/taxies during last 2 financial years with at least two Govt /PSUs organizations in Hubballi-Dharwad. The proof of the same (e.g. Work Order) shall be submitted along with the technical bid.

The bidder should have registered as Travel Agency from the State Government. A copy of registration certificate shall be enclosed with technical bid.

The bidder shall have vehicles of at least the number of vehicles that the Company is intended to hire under his disposable. The vehicles shall be duly registered with RTO as commercial vehicle, in the name of the bidder itself, for the purpose of operating as taxi on hiring basis. The details of the vehicles (Xerox copy of RC book) shall be provided along with the technical bid.

The bidder should quote for all the vehicles and the usage kms mentioned in the scope of services otherwise the bid is liable to be rejected.

The bidder shall have a valid account number and shall provide the account details in the technical bid

The bidder shall have valid PAN number. Documentary evidences in this regard shall be submitted with technical bid. Income tax will be deducted at source as per the prevailing Income Tax rules

The bidder shall have service tax registration number. Documentary evidence in this regard shall be submitted with technical bid

The bidder should have office in Hubballi-Dharwad with means of communication like land telephone line, mobile telephone, email etc

The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three financial years i.e. for 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 shall be at least Rs. 20,00,000/-. The audited copy of turnover certificate shall be submitted
