GENERAL-MP-LADS 2026-Laying of Concrete slabs for Aanaveezhuna Thodu,Ambalathara ward ,Trivandrum Corporation-General Civil Work

60.1.1:RING BUND Type-I-Putting up ring bund as per approved shape 2.5m bottom width, 1m top width using empty gunny/polythene bags filled with earth placed in 2 rows at 0.6m apart and filled in between with puddle clay to form bund for an average height 2.00m including labour dismantling the bund after completion of the work etc. complete.

OD13409/2026-2027: Excavation for removal of accumulated or deposited silt ,clay,mud etc in or under water from the pond by mechanical means or manual means with all lead and lift including disposal of the removed earth, silt, clay, mud etc to places as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for fulfilling the final objective of removing all obstructions and to ensure free flow of water in the pond.

OD13408/2026-2027:conveyance /carriage charges for rubbish/silt collected from the site to the dumping area within 5 km as directed by the Engineer in charge without causing damages to environment or society

60.2.2:Bailing out water Using 5HP Pump- Bailing out water with 5HP engine and pump set including conveyance to site and erection,cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc complete

60.7.2:DR PACKING Under foundation - Dry stone packing under foundation with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of material and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4.1.5:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

7.2.1:Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

5.1.2:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
