Dismantling R.C.C. work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Water proofing for old and New Roof slab:- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory………………E/I.

Covering of treated surface with PCC:- Providing 25mm thick Cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3) maintaing slope in alternate 2 Mtr. X 2Mtr. Panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm Size graded and cleaned sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening................E/I.

Providing and filling of 6mm thick Groove between 25mm PCC panels with Polysuplhide sealant (Poring Grade) as per drawing and techinical speicifcation and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Roof Slab

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Supplying, and fixing fan hook of 16mm dia M.S. bar 1 meter long bent to required size and shape , placed in position and fixed in R.C.C. slab/beam at the time of casting all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing 25 mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19mm thick (1:2:4) with 12 mm to 6mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6 mm thick (1:2:4) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 with floating coat of neat cement in skirting including rounding of junctions with flor, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Supplying fitting and fixing 20 gauge C.R. Sheet Door gate on M.S.angle frame of size35*35*5mm providing necessary locking arrangements worth haskel and domny duly fixed in C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a prim ing red lead paint over steel work,taxes all complete as per specification and direction E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate with M.S. grills made of 20x6 mm M.S. flats or 16 mm M.S. square bars fitted on 25x25x6 mm Angle frame taxes all complete as per specification and direction of E/I (when steel is not supplied by the deptt.)

Provinding primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurment Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specificaton.)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.

Providing 150mm. Wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 150mm clear depth and 125mm apron including cost of eartwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Carriage of materials by diesel Truck including loading at source, unloading at works site and stacking properly, labour, P.O.L., etc. all complete as per direction of E/I.
