Consultancy services for PMC FOR THE WORK OF Comprehensive development of ward cross roads, drains and other allied works and Construction of Govt. Higher Primary School in Malleshwaram Assembly Constituency (Package-MLM-01) CALL No-02

The Consultancy Firm / Company must have experience in the field of engineering consultancy for last 5 years providing, project management and advisory services for State Government and their undertaking agencies. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish firm registration, Tax Registration Certificate along with the Technical Proposal

Achieved at least in two Financial Year a minimum Average Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs. 50 lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish the Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal.

Each tenderer in its name should have Executed and satisfactorily completed in urban conditions, Project Management Consultancy for at least one similar work such as Improvements/Development of Roads and drains works for any govt body which the total Value of Construction project is not less than Rs. 1250.00 Lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

Consultants must have Key professionals required (as detailed in Terms of Reference) having experience in Improvements/Development of Roads and drains works to be deployed exclusively for this consultancy contract. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment and proof of permanent employment in consultancy shall submit with bid.

Consultant should have an Own NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) Laboratory within Bangalore City jurisdiction. (Scope of accreditation to be attached)

Tenders from Joint Ventures / Consortium are not acceptable.

Certificates of proof shall be enclosed for the above.

Team Leader should explain the Methodology of the Project to the Technical Evaluation Committee during technical evaluation (the date and time of which will be communicated later), along with the Key Professional Staff. Failure on the part of the consultant to present the methodology before the evaluation committee on the specified date & time notified shall be liable for rejection. Further, no communicate shall be made & the bids shall be rejected without assigning any reason.
