Deployment of 2 Nos.Sweeper for Regular Washing, Cleaning, Dusting all rooms of Rest House including washrooms, toilets (including fixtures, fittings & furniture), Dining, Kitchen, Pantry, Store rooms, Corridor/Circulation Areas, Porch, Staircase, Balconies, Roof etc. including cleaning/ dusting of all equipment, furniture and all Doors & Windows panes of Rest House, Keeping whole campus of Rest House neat and clean. The garbage generated to be collected from rooms & other areas and to be disposed off properly after sagrigation. The Non-Biodegradable waste to be handed over to Local Collection Authorities/ collection people /dustbins /Collection Centres (if any). The Biodegradable waste along with tree leaves, grass etc. to be placed in a pit near the campus with soil layers on it at regular intervals to prepare manure for using the same in the flower beds/pots complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of 1 No. Mali for cutting of grass/shrubs periodically and upkeeping of Rest house campus paths/open area, maintaining all lawns, flower beds and flower pots in the Rest House, ensuring/ managing regular water supply/ storage and regular cleaning of water storage tanks and regular cleaning of Gutters, pipes, drains & Chambers for effective disposal of waste water & rain water and proper sanitation of the Rest House building and campus complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of 1 No. Chowkidar / Multi Purpose Worker for keeping proper watch and ward of Rest House Buildings, furniture, equipment and campus against any theft, damage to property of the Rest House by deploying security perso/ watchman complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
