Work consist of : Repairing/Rectification of non functioning and general overhauling of Complete spring charging mechanism assembly of 36 KV VCB of CGL/shreem / siemens/ABB make C.B., cleaning, greasing of horizontal rod assembly, checking and tightening of all electrical connection in the terminal block, dismantling of spring charging mechanism parts, cleaning, greasing and its proper adjustment, opening close/trip coil assembly, cleaning its plunger and adjustment its plunger air gap, checking spring charging motor, replacement of its carbon brushes wherever required, finally checking smooth operation of closing/tripping of the breaker both by local and remote.
