Shifting & Re-raising of High Mast pole by making necessary RCC foundation with provision of new foundation bolts all as per OEM'S drawing & LT feeder piller panel, Lantern carriage,luminaries from ground Level with all connected accessoriess & specification,connecting, testing,for proper functions all as per directed :- (a) Taking down of High mast 16 meter height with all connected accessories from existing foundation & re-installation after shifting at new place & connecting testing all as directed. (Cost of T&P like crane, hydra deemed to be included in rates quotated for) - 01 Job (b) M & L for foundation of High mast as per OEM drawing & as per specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. - 01 Each (c) Supply & fix foundation bolts as per required as OEM drawing as directed - 01 Job (d) Taking out Old U/s cable of size 10 sqmm and 4 core - 40 RM (e) Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified. - 5.4 Cum (f) Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using suitable excavated soil all as directed - 3.4 Cum (g) Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point. - 1.7 Cum (h) M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable thickness as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.Note: for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand will be consider. - 1.6 Cum (j) Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flat of size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 120 Each

(k) Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete. Make:- Havells / Polycab / Asian - 40 RM (l) S&F in repair LED Aviation obstruction light fitting die cast aluminium alloy housing, heat resistant, clear thick glass and accessories with LED chip & driver, fixed in position & connecting complete.Make Bajaj Cat No BGAV 302 LED - 01 Each (m) Shifting & Re-fixing of Feeder piller panel & all connection with necessary foundation as Specified & directed. - 01 Each (n) Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. - 02 Each (o) Complete servicing of High Mast for smooth operations of electric motor for up-down movement of light brackets with gear,pully,chain rope etc as specified & directed. - 01 Job
