Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipe and pits) in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work, including saturated soil stacking the excavated soil with all leads and lifts and clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including dressing of beds and sides and preparation of un metal led /metal led/ paved surfaces to its original conditions including shoring, strutting, timbering and dewatering whenever is required. Providing diversions for traffic, night signals fixing caution board crossing over trenches for access to houses complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge Pick and jumper work.

15mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/stone walls for interior plastering in all depths and the height including arises internal rounded angles exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost ofcentering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Dismentlling of roofing including ridges, hips valleys, gutters etc. stacking the servicable materials and disposal of un-servicable materials with 20 mtrs lead (AC sheet roofing) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling ballies in posts, purline or rafters including stacking the materials with in 20 mtrs lead and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentlling of CC flooring laid in mortar upto floor two level for thicknessof tiles abov 25mm to 40mm in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling of doors, windows and clearestory windows, ventilators etc. ( wood or steel) shutters including chwokhats etc. not exceeding 3 sqmt in area in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing wood work in frames of doors windows, clerestory window and other frames wrought frames and fixed in position 1st class deodar wood in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazes or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws carriage of materials in all leads andlifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 2nd class deodar wood 40mm thick including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.ist class deodar wood and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cemen concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of a neat cement 40mm thick in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering the surfaces by throughly cleaning oil grease dust and other foreign matter sand papering andknotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primmer pink in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats excluding primign coat on ew wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning of oil dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and scraping with paint other than white in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new concrete/ masonry/ plastered surfaces with readymixed paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on faces to give an even shade including cleaning oil dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papeirng as required with paint ther than white in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc. with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws for plain grills.

Providing fixing of MS tower bolt Beerey type 200x10mm

Providing and MS tower bolt barrel type 100x10mm

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3(1cement: 3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS rungs in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls , the size of plum shall usually be 150 to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glavanised steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 type-1) weighting 9.38kg per 100 mtr. Minimum staining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts including secrring with and provision of galvanised steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed (post and struts of stel etc.staining bolts shall be paid for separately) in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of angle iron barbed wire fencing post 1.80 mtr high of angle size 50mmx50mmx6mm thick including the cost of excavation in foundaton and fixing of angle post with CC 1:3:6 (1cement: 3san: 6 graded stone agg. Complete in all respect (excluding the cost of barbed wire) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication supply and erection of steel gate size 1.20x1.50 with angleiron, the size of angle iron for frame of gate is 40mmx40mmx6mm and erected with angle iron size 50x50x6mm, vertical and horizontal strip should not less than angle iron size25x25x5mm. The steelwork welded in built up sections and erection at site of work complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
