Outdoor Units

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AIR COOLED & INVERTER BASED VARIABLE REFRIGERANT VOLUME / FLOW MODULAR TYPE SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM with R410A suitable for 415 ± 10% , 50 cycles. The system shall consist of indoor units & external condensing units, complete in all respects, inclusive of insulated copper refrigerant piping, drain piping of required size, electrical & microprocessor panel, wiring, control cabling and earthing, isolating valves, stands and supports with all other necessary accessories for proper functioning of the units. Make: To be approved by engineer in charge before installation.

Indoor Units

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor units equipped with pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinet, drain pan, insulation, pipe connections etc. of various capacities. Make: To be approved by engineer in charge before installation. 4-way Cassette Type Indoor Units 2.5 HP (2 TR)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cordless Remotes required for VRV/VRF type indoor units complete as required. Make: To be approved by engineer in charge before installation.

Refrigerant Piping

Supplying & Installation of interconnecting following sizes of one end expanded refrigerant copper pipe of following outer diameter, insulated with closed cell electrometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation Class'O' between each set of indoor & outdoor units, all piping inside the building shall be propelrly fixed/supported with suitable size of clamp/ M.S. hanger and all external piping shall run in cable tray (Price Extra) etc. as reqd. (The final refrigerant pipe sizes shall be as per manufacturer). 22.2 mm dia with 19mm thick insulation
