ARMO of E and M Installations at MBB Airport, Agartala (2019-20). SH Job Contract for Terminal Building, ATS Building, Residential Colony, New CISF Barrack and STP for 02 years

Operation and maintenance of all Internal and External electrical installations related to Terminal Building, ATS Building, Residential colony, New CISF Barrack and STP by attending complaints / faults/breakdown including rectification & ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems on all the days i/c Sundays, Saturdays & holidays in shifts/general duties. The following manpower including reliever has to be deployed by the contractor:- (a) Highly Skilled (Supervisor) - 1 No. (b) Highly Skilled (Computer Operator) - 1No. (c) Skilled - 12 Nos. (d) Semi-Skilled - 5 No. (e) Un-skilled - 11 Nos. Note: The weekly off for all worker is mandatory.

Painting of street light pole of height above 6 metre and upto 10 metre above ground level including bracket etc. with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint/emulsion (above one mtr from the ground, excluding light fitting) after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat including numbering, AAI approved logo and two coats of black bituminous paint upto one metre from the ground etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray Painting of Feeder pillar / LT panel with 2 coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat including numbering and two coats of black bituminous paint on the legs/supports of LT panels from the ground etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan using 34 SWG enamalled copper winding wire including varnishing providing & fixing required insulation materials, testing & fixing etc as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan of 1400 mm ceiling fan using 33 to 37 SWG enamalled copper winding wire including varnishing providing & fixing required insulation materials, testing & fixing etc as required.

Rewinding of 300 mm size exhaust fan using 32 SWG enamalled copper winding wire including varnishing providing & fixing required insulation materials, testing & fixing etc as required.

Complete dismantling / lifting of following capacity submersible pump motors set from existing deep tube well i/c discharge head/bend, column pipes etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Complete installation / lowering i.c commissioning of the following capacity submersible pump motor set with all accessories i/c discharge head/bend, cleaning & painting of column pipes, valves etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Dismantling and complete overhauling of the following capacity of sewage submersible pump motor set i/c descaling, cleaning, greasing of bearings, painting after re-assembling i/c testing, commissioning etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 HP to 20 HP

Extra duty performed by workers during extension of watch hour or any other requirements.
