Road work: Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 of MORD specificationfor rural road to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre for 4870.28 cubic metre useful stones shall be made from the contractor on pro-rata basis in each running bill

Earth work in excavation for structures other than bridge in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. Providing & layiing boulder upron wire crates with 4mm diametre G.I wire confirming to IS: 280 and IS; 4826 in 100mmx100mm (hundred millimetre into hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25Kg each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301.complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1401. Reinforced cement concrete Grade M-25 (twenty five) nominal size) upto any height including cost of form work and curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete Grade M-10 including cost of form work and curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per HPPWD spacification/MORD drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) including cost of form work and curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) with 15% (fifteen percent) plums and curing complete including cost of form work for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, bresat walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300mm (one hundred fifty to three hundred millimetre) and MORD Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications including curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) including cost of form work and curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per HP.PWD specification/ MORD drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) including cost of form work and curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) including curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hunderd millimetre) dia. PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1206.6 including carriage of material and other incidentials.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing wall and return wall complete as per Drawing and technical specifications clause 1206.30 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (Six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1206.3 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying 900mm (nine hundred millimetre) diametre reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement : two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1101 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303. Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1404.5 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.

Construction of RCC railing of M25 (twenty five) grade in-situ with 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tollurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimetre), complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications clause 1404.3 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause1001 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause401 for Grading-1 (one) material complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber completed as per HPPWD specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub grade complete as per HPPWD Specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) with 15% (fifteen percent) plums and curing complete including cost of form work for plain/reinforced concrete in Parapets the size of plum should be 150 to 300mm (one hundred fifty to three hundred millimetre) as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications including curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.
