1. INTRODUCTION

The plot for CUF depot at Jammu is located at 17 km from our old Jammu depot beside

the Surinsar Road and beside Bajalta Railway Station. This depot will be developed by

three PSU oil marketing companies – BPCL, IOCL & HPCL. BPCL will construct the

infrastructure.

The product will be received through wagon unloading at railway siding. Required rail

infrastructure will be constructed. An additional railway line will be laid from Bajalta

railway station for the terminal.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:-

 Carrying out detailed site survey and feasibility study for the new RCC LHS box of size 7.50 M

width & 5.50 M height with a barrel length of 19 M.

 Preparation of Structural Drawings and General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) for the LHS &

Thrust Bed etc. and approval of these by railways.

 Preparation of the design for this new LHS & Thrust Bed and vetting of this design by any of the

 Preparation of the design for the approach roads and other allied facilities.

 Submission of the designs to railways for their concurrence and approval, if any.

 Preparation of the Revised ESP incorporating this new LHS and approval of this revised ESP by

 Preparation of detailed construction drawings.

3. Project Schedule

The proposed project facilities are scheduled to be completed and commissioned in

months from date of issuance of letter of intent for finalization of PMC.

4. Payment Terms

1. 30% will be released on submission of GAD approved by the

3. 30% will be released on vetting of the detailed design drawing

from IIT and final approval from the Railways.
