Capability of the bidder- bankers Certificate/ Credit Lines/Letter of credit from any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank for Rs 3.285 Lakhs

Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) shall have obtained CFO from CPCB/KSPCB/any State Pollution Control Board (SPCB)/PCC for processing bone waste of 30 Metric Tonnes

Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) shall have similar nature plant of capacity 1 TPD and is in operational and Bidder Must Furnish Ownership of a processing facility with appropriate technology approved by KSPCB and proof of safe disposal arrangements.

Standard designed vehicles in accordance with bye-laws for bone waste collection and transportation (All relevant documents such as Notarized Lease/ Rental agreement or RC/ FC copies must be furnished)

Affidavit for not being blacklisted

Anti-Collusion Certificate

Form-C (Shop & Establishments Act), PAN card, EPFO/ESIC Registration and returns/challans, Lab reports and ITR

Power of Attorney for Lead Member of Consortium as per the format at Appendix

Power of Attorney for signing the Bid

Memorandum of Understanding, in case of a Consortium

Letter of Bid

Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) should have achieved at least in any two (2) financial years minimum average Annual Turnover amount of Rs.21.9 Lakhs (equal to two times annual package value)

Turnover Certificate (along with UDIN Number) issued from Chartered Accountant and Form 26 AS should be submitted as proof of evidence for the same.

All other relevant documents to be furnished as per the tender document
