Removing old paint from Steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even With paint remover of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and othermetal surfaces with white enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Extra over item number 2 (Two) for Painting every subsequent coat on previously painted steel and othermetal surfaces with white enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Writing Indian letters or figures on any surface with black japan paint (stops,comas,hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid separately) as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting index hands normal size or arrows on any surface with Black Japan as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
