Arranging shift, minor maintenance and housekeeping works at 33/11kV Sub-station Murnadu coming under the jurisdiction of O&M Division Madikeri for a period of one year on total turnkey basis

2.2.The bidder must have experience in any one of the following in the three preceding financial years i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-2025, Engaged in construction of KPTCL/ESCOM Station as a turnkey/labour contractor and should have completed at least one station successfully, Should have a minimum experience of one year in Shift Duties in KPTCL/ESCOMs, Following documentary proof shall be uploaded of not older than 3 (Three) Months as on last date of submission of the bid, Having carried out Shift duties service works for a minimum period of, One year in KPTCL/ESCOMs Sub Station, In case of turnkey/labour contractor, upload certificate for having completed construction of one KPTCL / ESCOM Sub Station successfully, issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ele.), Self-attested List of Stations presently handling and their validity, An undertaking to engage staff with basic required qualifications

3.1.The annual turnover in any one of preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-2025 shall not be less than 50% of amount put to tender. Copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account for the above all the three Financial Years shall be uploaded

3.2.The Liquid Assets as on the date of Notification or at a later date before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank + Term Deposits + availability of fund based credit facility in any Nationalized/scheduled Bank shall not be lesser than 25% of amount put to tender. The cash at Bank, Term Deposits and the availability of fund based credit facility shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank with whom the Bidder has banking facilities. In case of Fund based credit facility, the certificate issued by the Nationalized/Scheduled Bank duly mentioning sanctioned limits, funds utilized so far and balance available as on the date of Notification or at a later date, before submission of the bid shall be uploaded.

2.1 The Bidder should possess a valid Class- I Electrical License issued by the Government of Karnataka. The Agency shall comply with all the legal requirements of various Labor Laws, Provident Fund Act, workmen compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act with the respective Government/Central Government authorities and proof of such registration is required.Original/Self attested copies of the following to be uploaded. Valid Class-l Electrical License issued by the Government of Karnataka, Bidders PAN Card, GST registration, The bidder should be an income tax assess & should have filed IT returns & ITR4 Form for the last three Assessment Years, Valid Labour License for providing Man Power, ESI Registration certificate, EPF Registration certificate.

2.3.The bidder must not have defaulted/ blacklisted in man power services against previous Work orders placed by KPTCL /ESCOM/Public utilities as on the last date of submission. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded
