Dismantling of following structural items after taking power shutdown from supply company, taking proper precautional measure & using required tools & plant by ensuring not to damage the dismantled Transformer, AB switches, DO fuses etc for further installation complete as required.

Disconnection of existing HT cable from DP structure & keeping terminated end & Cable away from the DP to avoid damage,11KV GOAB switch complete set with rotor mechanism, operating pipes, operating handle, 11KV horizontal type DO fuse set, lightening arresters, jumper connections, insulators & all other materials except PSC poles complete as required.

Dismantling of all existing old/damaged MS channels, MS angle, MS Flat all structural items other than PSC pole by removing all MS bolts & fixing hard wares, using cutting machine/gas cutter for non wherever required, keeping aside the recovered items for further disposal as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes Hot dipped Galvanized iron channel / angle /flat /V-cross arms with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. on DP structure / PSC pole Including cutting, welding, drilling holes, fabricating etc. as required.

Installation of transformer on DP structure, making necessary electrical connection, checking testing complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor of 9KV (RMS), 10KA heavy duty type suitable for operation on nominal system voltage of 11 KV and highest system voltage of 12 KV , for transformer Sub-station, complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers, connection of earth strips etc. as required. (Comprising of 3nos per set)

Supply, installation and testing of 11 KV, 70 KN disc insulator (B & S type) with galvanized insulator hard ware fittings, ball and socket type and complete with all hard wares i.e. galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation and testing of 11 KV, porcelain pin insulator completes with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and drawing of 50sqmm XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor single core cable i/c binding on pin/Disc/post insulators/LAs with binding wire for wiring the DP structure etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing RCC ring of 300 mm dia and 450 mm depth enclosure with RCC cover plate having lifting arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of earth bus of 50 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface above suitable size insulators, drilling holes for connections etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm dia PVC pipe along with DP structure for insulating the earth strips of lightning arrestor etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as reqd.

Supply and making of fencing arrangement for the transformer yard of 1.8 mtrs height above the ground level made of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm GI angle & 20 mm x 3 mm GI flat & 8 SWG dia 75 mm x 75 mm square G.I wire netting i/c grouting the angle with 1:2:4 plain cement concrete of 300mm x 300mm x 450 mm depth, painting etc complete as reqd. The substation yard is to be surrounded at all sides by brick wall structure of size 250mm width x 600mm height with plastering the surface as required. The spacing between the angles shall not exceed 1.5 metres.

Supply and fixing of center opening door made of 25mm dia medium class G.I. Pipe & 8 SWG dia 75 mm x 75 mm GI square wire mesh i/c providing hinges, locking arrangement, painting and supply of lock and keys etc. complete as per attached drawing as required.

Supply and spreading of 50 mm size stone aggregate for the transformer yard etc. complete as required.

Charges for making co-ordination and liaison with supply company electrical inspecting authority etc. for various approval / permission required from execution stage to commissioning of substation complete with arranging / submitting various test reports, drawings, prescribed forms supply company / Electrical Inspector / meter testing authorities, inspection of sub-station by inspecting authority & energisation of 11KV line etc. complete as required.. Note: Statutory charges pertaining to S/stn work shall be paid by client department or will be reimbursed on production of original receipts.
