Manpower for operation & Maintenance HVAC System with minimum 3 years experience to maintain the Chillers, AHUs, Duct etc as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Considering 5 persons for entire area for 365 days [5 Persons x (365-52) days] = 1565 nos. The rate is inclusive minimum of wages, Uniform, holiday leave, Weekly off, P.F, ESI etc. as applicable.
