Demolition of Bitumen macadem of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete as specified and directed.

Forming embankments of soil including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The soil for embankment shall be obtained from respective item of excavation.

Removing of demolished material (PQC/AC/BM) out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with power roller exc 8 ton and not exc 12 ton to achive 98% (density at OMC / modified proctor density) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick granular sub base in one layer of grading V as per morth specification surface fomed rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of minimum 8 tonne to 15 tonne or compaction methadology recommended by soil agency at OMC to acheive 98% density of MDD determination using soil modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete determination all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dry lean Cement Concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150mm with 7 days compressive strength of 7N/mm2 with minimum cement of 150 Kg/Cum using grading as per MORTH specification and as per design Mix, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- No Plus price adjustimet shall be made to the quoted rate for excess quantity of cement used beyond 150Kg/cum.

M&L high density polythene film (transperent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508 laid with side and overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick sand filling over DLC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 350mm thick pavement quality concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45Kg/square centimetre (lower control limit) in field using min 400 kg of cement per cum as per design mix, mixed with triangular/non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement per cum of PQC spread and compacted by using fixed/slip form paver and including necessary form work, bull nosing, rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical brooming/belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied bassed on design mix) (ii) Polyester triangular non circular synthetic fibers as secondayr reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule however mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design) (iii) Construction joints dummy and expansion joints shall be measured and paid sepereatly under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC of quantity for expansion joints (v) For the purpose of pricing this item the cement content shall be considered as 400 kg /cum Minus price adjustment shall be made @ Rs 6 per kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 Kg /Cum. However no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include the cost of curing compound spread as per manfacture instruction and cement mortor bund and no extra amount will be payable on this account.

Supply only non circular virgin,synthetic, monofillament polyester tiangle fiber of lengh 12mm specified gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable alkall resistent equivalent circle diameter 15-40 micron minimum melting temperature 250 degree celcuis and minimum tensite strength 300MPA be used upto 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufactures specification in design complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete pavement by brooming of concrete pavement completed while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25mm thick expansion joint by full depth using dimond cutter after laying of PQC filled with DURA board HD 100 (Brand superme or equivelant ) applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete width of joints provision of closed celled polyurethane backup rod 30mm dia filled with pitch free polyurethane sealant (Min depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15mm) complies with BS4254 BS-52112 and En 418752003 priming the side minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance gurantee and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after of sealent is applied for thickness of concrete slab upto full depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 25mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with pitch free polyurethane sealant complies with BS-5212 and priming the sides provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12mm dia (minimumdepth of selant above back rod shall be 5mm)and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after selant is applied. The sealant should have MAF + 30% with ten years performance gurantee complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction (dummy) joints 100mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with pitch free polyurethane sealant complies with BS-5212 and priming the sides provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12mm dia (minimumdepth of selant above back rod shall be 5mm)and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. The sealant should have MAF + 30% with ten years performance gurantee complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete / bitumen durfaces on rigid/ flexible portionof runway taxi trackby using washing rubbing by gunny bags painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc by applying THERMOPLASTIC road marking compound of white/Yellow of approved make and shade for road marking, 10 cm and above width on bituminous roads/pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using Hot Processor Plant complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item but not exceeding 10cm width and girth.

Dismantling of existing Elevated taxiway Edge light including Isolating transformers, Connector kit as required and Depositing the same to CCR store yard and shall be collect the same as and when required for re-installtion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing TH Box including breaking existing concrete base. and Depositing the same to MES store yard and shall be collect the same as and when required for re-installtion complete all as specified and directed.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Cast iron transformer housing boxes alongwith elevated taxiway fittings with base cement all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top finished slope including excavation of side shoulder (bituminous/ cement concrete/ soft soil) surfaces and refilling etc. Complete all as required (wherever the transformer boxes are not in line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line). Note : 1.TH Box and elevated taxi way edge light shall be collected from MES store yard as obtained from above referred item of BOQ . 2. Certain new iteam such as plates, gaskets,connectors,primary cable)addition to dismantled if required shall be provided by CCR/ MES Store yard.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia. HDPE (High density poltethylene) pipe conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc completed all as specified and directed.

Installation only primary connector kits of 6sqmm suitable for AGL cable of 1X6sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Primary connector kit shall be colected from CCR/ MES Store yard

Taking out 1X6 sqmm primary cable from existing pipe.and re laying only primary cable 1X6 sqmm in HDPE pipe 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : HDPE Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A'.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including earth leadwire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of strata ,PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric of XPM(weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with cast iron frame,funnel with wire mesh,20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe,lugs,15mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m complete including taking out existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The rate of above item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metres.

Dismantling of existing MAFI mandatory sign board in any position and re installation only mafi sing board as directed complete all as specified and directed.
