Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note: Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks, size of brick 230x115x75mm, laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, CI fittings for flanged pipes, bends, tapers, Tee pieces (Single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged up to 200 mm to 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down CI pipe with connections from trenches, road, nallah, etc including removal from site for 250mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down CI pipe with connections from trenches, road, nallah, etc including removal from site for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, GI tubing, 50mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked with all necessary fittings, laid in trenches/floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for the 50mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repairs, 50mm bore dia of gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of DI pipe with spigot and socket ends, 250mm bore class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with sulpher resistant with a finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surfaces in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of DI pipe with spigot and socket ends, 150mm bore class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with sulpher resistant with a finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surfaces in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for horizontal drilling, in any type of soil, using trenchless technology suitable for insertion of 25 to 100 mm bore CI/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal drilling, in any type of soil, using trenchless technology suitable for insertion of up to 200 MM bore CI/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, cast iron sluice valve 250 mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6 with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780 including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. and as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 1350mm x 1000mm x 1200mm

(b) 1535mm x 1500mm x 1200mm

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade,of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade,of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade,of size 10 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI earth strip of 25 mm x 4 mm thick up to 7 m lengh by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel all as shown the electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I etc, necessary earth work,excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) incl 32mm dia GI pipe of medium grade for watering and 20mm dia GI pipe of light grade for protection of earthing lead ,wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust,common salt,copper lugs etc all as specified and directed . testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair of GI pipe 40mm dia light grade below road / fixed to along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, including encasing the cable into the pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair GI pipe 50mm dia light grade below road / fixed to along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, including encasing the cable into the pipe all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases for fixing of GI Pipe of any size on wall / Plinth and including PCC work for making good the distrub surfaces of wall and plinth, including white wash for matching the existing wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC junction box, factory made, with one No SP MCB of 20 Amp rating, class-B and 3 Nos connector fixed on pole with necessary clamps and bolts etc including connecting with street light cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded, passing throuth pipe, on pole/wall from juntion box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size incl cross arm and connected items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested outdoor type floor mounted LT panel board cubicle type suitable for 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved aluminium of rating 400 Amps for phase and neutral installed on porcelain insulator . the panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -54 Class protection and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work front and back opening type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coted after seven tank process on both sides incl internal wiring in the panel with suitable size of PVC multistanderd copper cable 1100 volt grade IS 694 and comprising of the followings items:- I/C:- (i) MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps 35/36 KA breaking capacity, 415 Volt, 50Hz with Thremal Magnetic Setting - 01 No (ii) LED indication lights RYB - 01 Set (iii) Panel mounted multifunction meter suitable to oprate on and incl CT in accuracy class 1.0, suitable 3 Phase CT network CT primary programmable, three line baklit display of phase to phase rating Phase to neutral voltage current active power KW ,KVAR and KVA ,PF Frequancy.
