Material & labour in replacement of Chemical earthing using mixture of copper sulphate (CuSo4) - 100 Kg, common salt-200 Kg and charcoal - 300 Kg complete with copper plate 90 cm x 60 cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 3.50 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 5 metre below normal ground level and the mixture should be filled 15 cm above top edge of earth plate to achieve result less than one ohm resistance including copper strip 32 x 6mm size (upto test point) by means of brass bolts, buts, check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR - 2009 Part-I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6). type C-1 chamber pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and MS frame etc, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes copper earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. Material & labour in replacement Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductions above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 20 x 3 mm copper strip , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking down complete ceiling fan with blade of any make 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep from fan hook/ fan box, transporting to local workshop , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including replacing u/s providing paper insulation including (cuff / strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacitor shackle insulator, capacitor, nuts , bolts, earthing , screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and connecting cable and refixing the same complete all as directed by Engr in charge Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, and canopy, Rubber real nuts, bolts and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately. Down-Rod shall be of make of existing fan or as approved by the GE.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account.

Material & labour for Spray painting of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and testing at site full load with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting & taking down (burnt winding) exhaust fan of any make 300mm sweep transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type) and replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing , capacitor etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR , speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard Note :- (a) Repairing of any parts except the work mentioned in item No 103 will be maasured and paid seperatelly. (b) Replacement of any un serviceable parts required for making the exhaust fan serviceable will be measured and paid seperatelly under "supply only" and No extra payment will be allowed for replacing these items, as the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item

Disconnecting and taking down exhaust fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of defective parts, if any, and refixing the exhaust fan at same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account. Material & labour for Spray painting of Exhaust fan and testing at site full load with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Bush, bearing, capacitor, canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets will be measured and paid separately).

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from Internal Elect Section, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturers, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable / missing spares (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M Yard for further issue to the user.

Supply & Fix in replacement of electronic energy meter with LCD display 10-60A ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make L&T Cat no WM101BC7DLO or equivalent in performance in Secure Meters/GE/Legrand as approved by GE. Note : Old meter will be deposited to AGE E/M yard

Periodical maintenance to Fire alarm systems installed in three technical buildings (two loop system ) of make Siemens including replacement of faulty service parts of fire alarm system ( Fire alarm controll pannel ) The alarm function of controlls of controll and indicating eqpt (controll Pannel) will be checked by operation of trigger of each zone.All fault indicator and their circuits shall be checked by stimulation of fault condition (SMOKE DETECTOR ) Smoke detector shall be cleaned periodically so as to remove dust or dirt that accumulates on them due to local ambiant condition at least each detectors is cleaned twise in a month, MANNUAL CALL POINTS HOOTERS: All mannual call points will be operated twice a month by removing glass cover or by actual braking the glass so as to ensuare that system is capable of operation under alarm conditions and all hooters give proper sound, RESPONSE INDICTORS All detctectors which are placed in side a cabin or room will be tested by indicating the particular detector So as to ensusure the proper working of response indicator . WIRING AND CABLES : A visual inspection will be made so that structure or occupancy changes do not damage cables and sitting of trigger divice (mannual call points ,smoke detectors and heat detectors Note: All major items will be paid and measured seperatily

Atternding comptaints of internal elect supply,including locating and rectification of fault and ensuring the compete serviceablity with replacement of defective/unserviceable components such as switches ,sockets,lamp,holder ,ceiling rose of any type ,DBs,MCB main switches service wires/cables etc and other accessories and per site requirement . the deffective items shall be measured and paid for separetly under respective items of supply only here-in-after and item 85 & 86 above. Note:-(a) Rate are inclusive of taking down and refixing of under related item only. (b) Any Nos of complaint attended at one place/one qtr under one job card will be considered as one job. (c) Emergent compaint will be attended in 02 Hour. (d) Contractor shall be employ one team consisting of one electrician ITI passed and one helper to attend the complaints. (e) Contractor or his representative will report to JE E/M daily at 0900 Hrs on all working days at the complaint cell and collect the compaints slip.After completion of job all complaints slip will be deposited back to complaint cell by 1700 Hrs. (f) Any T&P reqd for rectification of complaints will be provided by the contractor. the rate of T&P deemed to be included in quoted rate.
