SPL REP/ REPLACEMENT OF LT OVERHEAD LINE TO UNDERGROUND CABLES ALONG WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT HARNI CAMP AT AF STN VADODRA

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.5M and not exc.30M complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay sand cushioning to under ground LT cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Depth of the sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supply and Laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations complete all as specified &directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down and dismantling of unserviceable ACSR conductor of any description complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/duct or fixed to wall/passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs for stranded aluminium conductor of the following sizes including disconnnecting/taking out existing unsv/damaged old LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed :- Note : Earthwork, Sand and Covers shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) 4 Core X 16 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 Core X 35 Sqmm

(c) 3.5 Core X 95 Sqmm

(d) 3.5 Core X 150 Sqmm

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size inculding removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under resepective item of this schedule.

S&F Junction box 290x200x130 mm polycarbonate/ ABS hinged enclosure box for cable in/out of street light LT cable, out door type, testing and commissioning with locking arrangements fixed on poles 4 poles 100 Amp connector/ terminal assembly with nut bolt and washer, including MCB SP 6 A, 240V, 10 KA -01 Nos for connecting suitable size of XLPE UG cable all as specified and directed. Supply & lay G I tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Supply, install testing and commissioning in repair weather and vermin proof LT bus bar junction box (Panel board) factory fabricated (CPRI approved) Outdoor type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of MS angle 60 cm X 50 cm X 60 cm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of suffiecient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required Nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated (15 micron) grey hammer tone including connecting with L.T armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs of aluminium complete all as specified and directed ( as per sample )and consisiting of following :-

(a) Bus bars of Aluminium strips of 600 Amp current rating capacity, minimum 600 mm long or of length as actually required at site for 3 phase neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator complete with provision to cnnect 4 Nos cables with nut bolt fixing arrangement complete - 01 set (b) Changeover switch 315 Amp -1 Nos (b) MCCB 315 Amp 4 Pole 36 KA rating fixed type- 1 No (c) MCCB 100 Amp 3 pole 16 KA - 4 Nos

M&L for road crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI pipe light grade of size up to 100 mm dia with 6 mm thick in any length including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 400 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Earthing complete in repairs with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as AGI strip of 32X6mm size by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any addition in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
