Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 22-25 mm thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made Pressed steel frames, confirming to IS, having profile 105 x 60 mm , 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, and fixing only 100 mm size hinges, lock strike plate, etc., with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match with 1 mm thick mica supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

35 mm thick factory made glazed & Skeleton shutters of 2nd class Hardwood open rebated & prepared to receive glass or gauze etc without sash bar open rebated with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass or guage etc size ofstiles rails etc as specified in sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

COMMON ITEMS

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at net contract sum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 134828.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
