Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS 304 grade) adjustable friction window stay of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- a) 205 x 19 mm

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm at 100 mm centre to centre and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia. steel pulleys & with riveted bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast /anchor bolt including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete.

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..Glazed Vitrified Tiles - Full Body (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Providing and fixing precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge. i) In dark shade using ordinary cement

12 mm cement plaster of mix In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying and fitting fixing of Green metallic Chalk Board of size(8ft x 4 ft) 2400 x 1200 mm of promark brand or equivalent(promark magnetic board: resin coated steel sheet parted on 9mm M.D.F. backed by GI sheet of thickness 0.25 mm)and fitted with aluminium anidized frame with A.B.S.corners inclusive of installation and freight charges as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
