REPAIR OF INTERNAL PATH, ROAD, HARD STANDING ETC IN POCKET 9 BR SAHARANPUR IN AGE III UNDER GE ROORKEE

Repair to pot holes any depth n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth and makinggood by applying tack coat @ 5 kgper 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, wellrammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, binded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixedmacadam, binder and chippings).depth of pathholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or mechanical means to remove all loose dirt etc and appling evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG 10 Grade @ at 10 kg per 10 sqm Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content (VG-30) viscosity grade any penitration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and chamber (consolidated thickness n exc 75 mm with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) 05 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost before laying of SDAC on BM surface at location directed by Accepting officer/GE and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/Payment. (CTL/IIT Roorkee/any Govt Institute as approved by GE. (b) The unit rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 4% by total mix. Any addition / deduction in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted as per given in SSR-II.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) with stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents using paving bitumen (VG-30 Viscosity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, roling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) 05 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost after 07 days from date of laying of SDAC at location directed by GE and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/Payment. M&L for thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white by indigeneous modern propelled raod marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-diaoxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No. 800-4 specification including spraying of glass beads instrucions complete all as specified and as directed.
