Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers in soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
Carrying out initial load test on 450mm dia test piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for 2.5 times the design load specified in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in below pile caps/plinth beam foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix(RMC)[as per IS-456] using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ bored piles of any depth/section with minimum cement content 400kg/cum complete all as specified including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Material and labour for Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 10mm dia and over for pile , pile caps, plinth beams and columns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.
All as per item No 22 herein before but 6mm to 8mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Concertina coil of 610 mm diameter made out of 2.6mm dia spring steel wire 230gm/m2 (Min) dipped with corosion prevantive fluid (rusilo 901) including white colour each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) and an average weight of not less than 8.57 Kg including handle and spike at both end of coil erected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with GI clip for securing including necessory welding to the MS Section and as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on external wall surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of Epoxy paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
