Architectural Services with Detailed architechtural Designing, Detail structural Engineering, preparation of deatiled drawing , detailed materials specification and Estimation, preparation of tender papers, Assistance in Procurement & Contract services etc complete as per the SCC and tender dcouments. Total preliminary estimated value for various Projects considered is Rs. 20 Crores. Project schemes will be allocated progressively and Individual project value may be of the lesser or equal values depending on the requirement Rate should be quoted by the bidders for this item as percentage rate basis over the estimated projects cost.

Deploying and Providing services of Lead Discipline Engineer - Civil as per SCC. The quoted rate against this item should not be less than minimum Rs. 35000/ month.

Deploying and Providing services of Lead Discipline Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical as per SCC.

Deploying and Providing of administrative staff as per SCC.

Verification of RCC structures of building from Govt. Engg College/IIT.Verification and vetting of Structural analysis and structural design of RCC Structures / building design from Govt. Engg College/IIT as per scope of work of tender.

Verification of Steel Structure Design from Govt. Engg College/ IIT: Verification and vetting of Structural analysis and design of steel structures from Govt. Engg College/IIT as per scope of work of tender.

Mobilization of plant and personnel at site for each bore hole including shifting of machineries/equipments , demobilisation, complete for investigation work as per tender document and as per instruction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Boring of minimum 150 mm dia boreholes as specified through all kinds of soil from GL upto & inclusive of 20m depth.

Conducting Standard penetration test in boreholes as specified (SPT)/as per Indian standard code.

Collection of 100 mm dia undisturbed samples (UDS) from boreholes as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Conducting Static Cone Penetration Tests ( SCPT) as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Conducting Electrical Soil Resistivity Tests as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Atterberg' s limit (LL,PL & SL) as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Natural water content as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Bulk and dry density as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Specific gravity as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Consolidation tests as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Grain size analysis (i) Sieve analysis as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Unconfined compression test on UDS collected as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Triaxial Tests (i) Unconsolidated undrained (UU) test on UDS collected as specified/as per Indian standard code.

Laboratory CBR Tests as specified (i) Soaked condition alongwith Modified Proctor Density as specified/as per Indian standard code.
