S & F glossy finished chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 22cm x 22cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block gloosy finished laid over sand cushioning layer of 40mm thick of any shape and design complete all as specified and directed. size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade. NOTE - (Sand cushioning layer will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for for sand cushioning layer 40m thick over sub base for fixing of interlocking tiles spread levelled to reqd level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggt as in fdn filling mass concrete.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses,pendants,regulators,sockets,light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 10 sqmm single core FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit of suitable size and accessories surface on wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor 6.0 sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains all as specified . (Note;- (i) 2 runs of 10 sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 sqmm single core copper cable and 1 run of non metalic PVC conduit shall be measured as single run. (ii) Cost of cutting chases shall deemed to be included in unit rate.)

Taking down and Refixing at site Exhaust fan of 380/450mm sweep including opening of fans and cutting down burnt winding, and re-winding with new super enameled copper winding of same gauge as per existing winding, varnishing, drying, replacement of ball bearing, replacement of condenser, etc and re-assembling the same including necessary transportation etc complete including taking down for all as specified and directed.
