Supply and deployment of housekeeping staff/ personnel for providing efficient and upgraded services as required for public offices/museums etc. The scope includes providing, maintaining and up keeping of the premises by mopping, cleaning premises, museum, old jail premises, reception, lobby, rooms, toilets. passages, veranda, open areas, staircases, parking area, extremal facade cleaning etc. To provide appropriately educated, well dressed, well-mannered and obedient attendants, watch and ward staff, sweepers, housekeeping supervisors etc. for efficient running of the Aguada Jail Museum premises. The housekeeping services is inclusive of the maintaining of uninterrupted water supply, electric supply (with electricity or operation of D.G sets etc.), housekeeping, cleaning, providing housekeeping materials, mops, brooms, brushes, disinfectants etc. and keeping rooms ready for public viewing and all such other activities required for comfort of the visitors. The scope of work shifting of local material whenever required, operation of pumps, A. C’s, maintenance of taps, sinks, showers etc. in working condition including all other plumbing works. It also includes collecting garbage and disposing it to the specified location and maintain the premises clean, hygienic and in a presentable condition. The staff so deployed will be dressed with approved uniform and all other safety gears as required. The services include ESIC, EPF and DA etc. in accordance with the prevailing labour laws all complete as directed by the GTDC supervisor in charge with a motto to provide the hospitality services to the visitors as required.
