Service charges for the work of AME for miscellaneous works for wiring light points, replacement of damaged UG cables etc, in AE-Elec-Filter house section in ESD-East, Tirumala for the year 2026-27(Part-C)

PART-B (Fixed component - Not to be Quoted by the bidders and the same will be paid By TTD

For attending maintenance works at Filter house new substation, old substation, Generator room, Police complex, Filter house complex, Street lights form Balaji bus stand to Old Annadhanam back side & Kousthubham rest house,Sapthagiri rest house etc., and its surrounding areas common bath rooms, and Street light & LTOH Lines etc., in the above section.etc available in ESD-East, Tirumala

Attending DG set operation shift duties,Task force night duties at centralized fuse of call office,Illumination works for different fairs & festivals,Electrical fuse off call duties of Police Filter house new substation, old substation, Generator room police complex, Filter house complex, Street lights form Balaji bus stand to Old Annadhanam back side & Kousthubham rest house,Sapthagiri rest house etc, to attend external maintenance above buildings, maintenance of control panels, pillar boxes etc., and also surrounding street lighting / yard lighting works etc.,

and attending cleaning of Ceiling fans, exhaust fans and rectifying the electrical defects immediately along with regular field staff under supervision by Concerned Electrician/Wireman and instruction by the concerned AE(Elec)/Dy EE(Elec) (4 persons considered for one Month=4 persons X 12 months) The concerned DyEE(Elec)/AE(Elec) may engage/deploye above man power from one section to another section/area, whenever emergencies arises under his juridriction subject to nature of work, by informing to the concerned Electrician /Wireman

Scope of work:- a) Switch on the DG set at CRO Generator room, PAC-5 building and e-fleet charging station whenever the M.S off and the enter the electrical particulars in the Diesel long register etc., filling the Diesel oil for the testing etc., works. b) In the above area duly checking the lights/ fans and all electrical installations equipments and the same is put in working condition, Any lights /fans etc are not functioning the same is to be replace with new one. Note : The materials is to be arranged by the department. c) Attend the emerency electrical works in the above said institutions/areas and the same is to rectified and put the system in working condition. d) Pouring of water in to all earth pits every day in the above institutions without fail.

e) Cleaning of ceiling fans / lights etc whenever required and put the same in neat and clean. 'e) Switch ON/OFF the street lights daily in the above sarrounding areas. f) Attending to duty promptly wearing ID cards & Uniforms issued by the contractor. g) The engaged Skilled personal should be available at Filter House-Sub-station D.G.Room for attending maintenance works. h) the Skilled personals must have qualilfication of ITI Electrical trade/DEEE j) The engaged work skilled/semiskilled personals should work under control of concerned AE (Elec) and submit monthly attendance certificate having attended for shift duties to DE-Elec, TTD, Tirumala for arranging payment.

Note:- 1) The Contractor must pay the ESI & EPF promptly to engaging labour as per fluctuations of wages. And the contractor must pay the wages without any delay & cuttings by promply every month to the engaged labour as per condion 2) The Contractor shall provide Bus pass promptly to engaging labour for travel from Tirupati to Tirumala Up & Down as per conditions 3) The Contractor should take safety measures for engaged workmen.

(Open Tender) PART-C: SERVICE CHARGES to be offered by the bidder

Service Charges towards deployment of man power and payment of wages for skilled workers

The Service Charges for man power deployment shall be @ min of ₹500/- per month and maximum of 5% of the basic wages as per Schedule A in tender document for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excess of 5% basic wages or less than ₹500.00 per month will be summarily rejected. The above mentioned number of persons is inclusive of off duties for 12 months the tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work including labour force to be deployed by the tenderer for the satisfactory service levels including transportation, taes and overheads etc., as applicable and required for satisfactory performance of the contract. Initially for one month, the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF, etc., bus pass and claim the same from TTD based on the actuals and as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document duly certified by the Charted Accountant. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also.

Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid for wages more than ₹15,000/-, EPF @ 13% & ESI @ 3.25 % shall paid on ₹15,000/- only Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented as the same will be reimbursed by TTD Shift duty persons should be available round the clock Shift duty persons should maintain log register with regard to the operation of the DG sets as per the instruction of the concerned section Engineer the Skilled personals must have qualilfication of ITI Electrical trade/DEEE

the contractor is responsible for all the equipment mentioned in the agreement. If any theft/ malpractice occurs, then the contractor is responsbile and department has no role in it. Only persons belong to Hindu Religion shall only be engaged. TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises. The price quoted shall be excluding of GST. TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder Monthly: The following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment a) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personnel through their bank accounts. b) ESI, EPF payment challans of the preciding month where TTD has reimbursed the employeer contribution of ESI & EPF d) GST payment challans/invoice of the month / Quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable.

Note: 1) Evaluation Criteria: The tenders will be evaluated and finalized to the lowest offer of Schedule - C among the eligible bidders. 2) Agreement will be concluded to the lowest bidder of Service charges and fixed component of minimum wages as per Schedule-B in the document.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
