Installation/supply of tent and other amenitis for farmers fair
Water Proof Exhibition Stalls (as per approved design) having size of 15' (W) × 15' (L) Preferable Material of Construction (MOC) will be Clothes Tent. Each Exhibition stall shall be with sufficient Light fittings (preferably 2 nos. 28W LED Tube Light), Plug Points and furnished with 2 nos. chairs, 2 no. suitable table, walling, front covering in night etc
Exhibition Stalls ( Without Water Proofing) - (as per approved design) having size of 15' (W) × 15' (L) Preferable Material of Construction (MOC) will be Clothes Tent. Design, Construction & Decoration of Stage (50' X30' feet size) under Pandal/Hanger with all required materials, Backdrop of the Stage (offer for both 10' × 12' Indoor LED Display and Flex) as per the approved design. Stage shall be with Sufficient Lighting, Spot Lights, 2 nos. Cord Microphones (02 with unit cost), cord less microphones (02 with unit cost), Podium fitted with microphone (02), Sound boxes (02), Mixer(01), 25 numbers VIP chairs/Sofas, Suitable Tables, 500 Audience Chairs (Plastic chair).
Design & Construction of 2 nos Registration cum Help Desk at both side of Main Entry Gate.
Design, Construction & Decoration of Main Entry Gate (01) and Emergency Exit Gate (01), as per approved design.
Design & Construction of temporary toilets [preferably 2 nos Toilets (Ladies & Gents) and 2 nos Urinals (Ladies & Gents) ] at suitable places inside the Mela Ground.
Public Announcement System (12 speakers approx.) with provision for playing light music during the exhibition duration.
Construction & decoration of Police booth (01), First Aid booth (01), Fire, Brigade (01) camp
Fixing of Decorative Lights and Flood Lights outside and inside the Mela Ground (Mention Per Unit Cost).
Fixing of 12-16 nos CCTV Cameras at different places of Mela Ground (Mention Per Unit Cost).
Fixing of Sufficient number of Fire Extinguishers at different places of Mela Ground (Mention Per Unit Cost).
Poster, Banner and Signage: Display at various places, way boards at different places inside the exhibition ground and write up of every day's cultural Program in boards.
Installation of "Use Me" dustbins at necessary places.
Drinking Water tanker for visitors.
Provision for 125 KVA soundless Generator with fuel for Three days during the Mela
