PART-II: PROVIDING,LAYING AND COMPACTED OF BITUMINOUS READY MIX (HMP) FOR DBM 50 MM THICK COMPACTED LAYER, BC 30 MM THICK COMPACTED LAYER, APPLYING PRIME COAT WITH BITUMEN EMULSION, APPLYING TACK COAT AND ROAD MARKING WITH THERMOPLASTIC PAINT CONFIRMING TO CLAUSE 503 OF MORT&H SPECIFICATION (FIFTH REVISION) COMPLETED IN ALL RESPECT

Providing, laying and compaction of 50 mm thick DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam) layer over WBM Surface including preparation and correction of existing surface with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table: 500-10 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-08 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 4.5% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of 30 mm thick BC (Bituminous Concrete) layer including preparation and correction of existing surface with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table: 500-17 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 5.4% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Prime Coat over WBM surface by mechanical mean confirming to clause 502 of MORT&H specification with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer @ of 7.5 kg/10 sqm (RS-1 grade) using emulsion pressure distributer, all complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H Specification of Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specifed and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat over Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer @2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer on prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge (5th Revision) complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick) conforming to MORT&H clause 803.4 including preparation of surface complete in all Respect as specified and directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
