Submission of GSTIN of Firm: Firm may enclosed self attested copy of GSTIN of firm along with the tender

Mandate form for releasing payment of Contractor: Contractor may submit the mandate ECS form duly signed, sealed of firm along with one cancel blank cheque (Firm Cheque) & one self attested copy of pan card of firm along with the tender.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of the certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with the bid are true and factual. The standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V. In addition to Annexure V, in case of other than Company/Proprietary, Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by each member of partnership firm/joint Venture(JV)/Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc, as the case may be. Non-submission of the above certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. Before submitting a tender, the Tenderer will be deemed to have satisfied himself by actual inspection of the site and locality of the works, that all conditions liable to be encountered during the execution of the works are taken into account and that the rates he enters in the tender forms are adequate and all-inclusive to accord with the provisions in Clause-37 of the Standard General Conditions of Contract-April 2022 for the completion of works to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The tenderer shall submit a valid and attested copy of the Electrical Contractor's License as per IE Rule-45, failing which the tender shall be summarily rejected. The license must be in the name of the tenderer or the firm. The contractor shall ensure that the Electrical Contractor's License remains valid throughout the execution period of the work. The license shall be renewed at appropriate intervals, and an attested copy of the renewed license shall be submitted to the Railway after each renewal. In case of any discontinuity or lapse in the validity of the Electrical Contractor's License during the currency of the contract, the contractor's authority to execute the work shall automatically cease, and necessary action as per contract conditions shall be taken.
