Dismantling stone slab,interlocking paver blocks & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed, stacking serviceable material and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 7.50 cm thick sand stone slabs as in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones for drains,manhole cover, templates, etc not exceeding 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, regular courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses or regular course complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or uncoursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squraded rubble masonary coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing where directed and leaving the site clean complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations,surface channels and drains, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as lintels,bressumers,steps,quoin blocks,string courses,copings,kneelers,apex stone,pier caps, columns ,posts, boundary pillers,bed plates,pintle blocks,ancho-rage blocks,boulders, corbels, brackets,etc with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings,kerb stone ,throat-ing etc.and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs pre cast plain cement concrete (type Bo PCC 1:2:4) using 12mm graded aggregate Kangaroo patti of size 45x30 cm fixing with cement mortar(1:4) including two of whitewash (As approved by Engr-in-charge) incl necessary excavation and return filling making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of strains,dirts,black spots,insoluble black/white blooms visible on the rock face/keyed pointed jodhpur stone surfaces clean with chemical or scrubbing with steel brush washing and fresh water till original sand stone appearance comes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning grass,vegetation,saplings,shrubs,brushwood, undergrowth,roots,and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth(measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 100 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
