Providing and laying in Position Cement concrete of Specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering complete:1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal Size) Crushed

Providing and fixing of structural steel of specified section for gantry structure, CT-VCB Structure & cable stands including cutting etc. and applying priming coat of approved steel primer and aluminum paint(Complete job)

Providing and Laying of 12mm thick cement sand paster in 1:4 ratio.

Providing laying and evenly spreading of stone soling of 40mm nominal size over 33KV yard including Carriage with lead upto 10 Km

Brick with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Manufacturing and providing of door, window CSW frames made of first classKail wood well+B20seasoned free from defects, knots, wrotten. The frames to be manufactured shall be as per the design in dimensions as shall be required at site, the size of frame shall be 75mm by 125mm (3"x5") in fitted and finished form. No undersize or defective member in any frame shall be accepted. The frames shall be delivered at site, the rate quoted shall be inclusive of all carriages, leads, lifts and taxes.

Providing & Fixing of Panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, incl. ISI marked M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws, excl. panelling which will be paid separately. (35 mm First class Kail wood)

Providing & Fixing of Panelling in shutters of First class Kail wood 25mm-40mm

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4.0mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws-First class kail wood.

P/F of 1st class quality ceramic glased Wall tiles confoming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours, shade except burgandy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-incharge in skirting , steps risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm incl. pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

P/F of 1st class quality ceramic glased floor tiles confoming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours, shade except burgandy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-incharge in skirting , steps risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm incl. pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan ( Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or Strap, 10 litre low level P.V. C. flushing cistern including flush pipe (of approved make) "manually contro(led evice (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. Long pan pattern white vitreous china W.C. pan of size 580 mm.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete : White face insulating board 12 mm Thick 58 sft

Providing, and laying of Chequered plates 6mm thick for cable trench including all fabrication with 2 handles on each plate (16'x4' x6mm)
