Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm in plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete, PVC), size 100/110 mm dia, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete, PVC), size 150/160 mm dia, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /PCC block masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris/rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manhole or similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry, with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, haunching and benching the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for Manhole / Gully trap including use and waste of necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry or on concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid and separately.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in external surfaces of wall in two layers, under layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing layer 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Returning filling in using soil obtained from excavation including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Pipe 100/ 110 mm dia bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Pipe 150/ 160 mm dia bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed for drain pipes 100/110 mm dia including forming cradles by using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed for drain pipes 150/160 mm dia including forming cradles by using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, size 100/110/160mm dia, making good pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 sec ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair on site LLDPE septic tank for 25 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:4:8 as foundation, vent shaft, necessary connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Soakage wells, consisting; excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M 25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M 25/SFRC cover, inter connecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8m dia X 3.00m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.
