Earth work in hill road "Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all type of soil and rock with E&B and BIB as met at site true to line as per L-Section, camber/Super elevation as required also including uprooting and cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slope with all lead ,lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping place and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by engineer-in-charge Including supply of all material, labour and 'MP etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Slip Clearance- Clearance of land slides In soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side

Removal· of Unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 rn lead but excluding compaction ground subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately supporting embankment as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 02.3.11

Protection Work

Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of enaineer - in - charge. For retaining wall & B/W

Construction of retaining walls/breast walls in cement mortar 1:5 as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1604. (RR Stone masonry in cement mortar 1:5)

Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall, retaining wall,parapets,scupper etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, rovaltv etc, required for proper completion of work

H.P stone filling in back of walls including cost of all materials, rovaltv, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia Gr wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) weighing not less than 25 kg per drawing and technical specifications Clause

Providing edge stones on valley side of formation ( 450 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1608.2.6

Surface Drains in Ordinary Rock Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross-sectional area 0.4 in ordinary rock to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions as per approved design and Technical Specification Clause 307. Direction and place indentification sign board up to 0.9 sqm size board. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube o1 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per Clause 1701
