REPAIR TO FENCING, GRANITE WORKS, EXTERIOR TILINGS AND MISC WORKS AT THE MES AREA UNDER AGE (I) R AND D MANALI

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/ Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down barbed wire fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome rajor blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire 600mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barberd with 2 mm dia bar at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossig with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed each line of wire to be measured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick, machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 14.00 above but except tiles.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size as directed confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, fixed with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: NITCO/ NTC/ HINDUSTAN & EQUIVALENT.

All as per Srl item No.16.00 above but except tiles.

Taking down cement plaster on RR stone/brick masonry walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
