a) Charges on account of replacement of worn out couplings at LIS & Ashtingoo LIS unit II and Vighbal II unit I of MISD Sopore by way of providing and fitting of TC 016 rubber tyre coupling to the respective units, after boring to the coupling halves of each coupling as per the driver and driven end sizes. The job includes proper alignment of the pump and motor on the common base frames. —02 jobs b) Charges on account of replacement of worn out rubber tyres of couplings TC 015 of Saifkhul unit I and Asntingoo unit I by way of providing and fitting of new TC 015 rubber tyre—04 No. (including 2 spares) c) Charges on account of repairs to the gantry by of replacement of damaged chain pulley block at Ashtingoo LIS by means of providing and testing of 2-ton capacity, 3m lift chain pulley block, medium duty. (Item code 6.1.2) preferable make: Indef/Pullift/Elephant/Anchor—01 Job d) Charges on account of fabrication and installation of operators bed of size (8x8) ft fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 angle Iron by means of cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes at Saifkhul LIS with standard height viz. 1.5 ft and enough reinforcement in the mid to accommodate 19mm, good quality ply 8x4 2 No. sheets provided and fitted by the firm. The fabricated steel frame shall be applied with metal oxide two coats and two coats of black enamel paint. – 01 job e) Charges on account of repairs to the rising main of unit I 300mm dia. of Saifkhul LIS at various spots in order to arrest leakages by means of cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes and welding to the base frame of unit I and p/f of ISMC 100 channel 3ft (4 No) long for reinforcement of base frame as per requirement at site – 01 job f) Providing of pipe wrench 18”(2 No.), plier 8” (2 No.), screw driver 12” (2 No.) and ring spanner double ended 02 set, hammer 2kg (2 No.)--- (01 job)
