Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard outside the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors/walls laid in cement mortar/adhesive including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable surplus material outside the Infopark campus as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum/ Glass/wooden/ACP partitions/panelling, boarding, wooden planks, softboard/ecoboard, doors, windows, louvers, fixed glazing with or without frame and false ceiling including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable surplus material outside the Infopark campus as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Dismantling of Reception tables and its parts like walls and partitions, including supporting members, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable surplus material in dumping yard outside the campus as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 1200x1800 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water base) confirming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thickness, including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Making chases by cutting floor or wall up to 25 cm in width and 12.5 cm in depth including making good and finishing with matching surface for race way or counduits installation.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite gang saw cut mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for window sills, steps and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 100mm Aluminium skirting with rubber beading and corner profiles of approved brand and colour as per the direction of Enginner-In Charge

Rough plastering for dadoing - Providing 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished rough to receive dadoing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Smooth plastering of surface for painting - providing 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix / Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete and all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, trap doors, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board ( Vertical areas in drop ceiling will be measured separately.)

Decorative ceiling using 12.5 mm thick gypsum plain board as per the design (Only plan area will be measured)

Trap door in gyp ceiling of 600 mm x 600 mm size. The rate shall include for providing nessessary framework at the false ceiling level for holding door. The exposed surface of gypsum trap door is finished with matching colour paint of the false ceiling over two coats of primer and putty as directed.

Straight Glazed Partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary matt black powder coated aluminium sections of approved make 45x25mm thick. Providing door frame section at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top. The sections shall be matt black powder coated and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant / beading on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scaffolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened patch fitting glass door (area not greater than 2.5sqm) of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot, corner fittings, patch fittings, floor spring with SS cover plate, lock with euro profile cylinder keys 3 nos, strike patch for lock, door stopper, pull handle SS Satin finish & for fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Approximate door size : 1100 x 2100 mm or nearest)

Providing and fixing paneling made out of aluminium box frame using extruded sections of size 50 x 25 mm - 1.5mm thick at 600mm c/c in both direction covered with 12 mm thick fire retardant plywood on both sides up to 75mm above false ceiling and finished with plywood of approved shade including forming pattern and details as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall include cost for necessary hardwares and shall include for forming a paneling to any shape including circular profile etc. complete. Actual seen surface area.(i.e) from FFL to bottom of false ceiling height will be measured and paid.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick (as manufactures specification) decorative flutted panel on 8mm thick multi wood surface using suitable adhesive. The rate shall include the cost of flooted panel, multiwood and all accessories like clips, screws etc.for fixing the multiwood to the existing surface.

Providing and fixing of 9-12mm thick (as manufactures specification) eco board (softboard) on 8mm thick multi wood surface using a suitable adhesive. The rate shall include the cost of eco-board(softboard), multiwood and all accessories like clips, screws etc. for fixing the multiwood to the existing surface.

Providing and fixing of 1mm laminate on multi wood of thickness 12mm surface using suitable adhesive. The rate includes the cost of laminate, multiwood and all accessories like clips, screws etc. for fixing the multiwood to the existing surface.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface etc complete as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface by scrapping/cleaning, etc. complete on steel work at all levels. On steel work

Supply and fixing Transition Profile/corner profile. The rate includes material and transportation cost, labour charge, etc. as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of metal joint profile of required finishes (brass, gold, rose gold, silver) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to glass panels designer film stickers of approved color, design etc as per required pattern and shape and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Display lit up signage board in acrylic sheet of sufficient thickness of size upto 1.50x0.3m fixed with suitable method to wall etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing storage units of approved make made of 18 mm thick both sides prelaminated particle boards for vertical and horizontals and intermediate shelves. The openable door shutters shall be provided with SS handles, locks, auto closing hinges and necessary hardware's etc; complete. The exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC lipping - Approximate size of Storage units 6600x600x2300 mm.

Providing and fixing Reception table made to shape and design as per drawing, of size 3000mm x 600/200 mm and to a height of 750 / 1050 mm, made of 19 mm thick BWP plywood and stainless steel as table top, sides and rear side with adequate supports as directed in both horizontal and vertical directions. The table top to be fixed with Corean solid surface stone. The front surface to be provided with a combination of Corean solid surface and plywood finished with laminate of approved make and provision of LED strip lights in Al profile. All other exposed surfaces of the table shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and edges should be properly finished. The table shall be provided with modular mobile pedestal storage unit (3 drawer) of size 450x450x650mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated board with locks, telescopic slides, finger groove handle/SS "H' Handles, lockable castors, etc. Table to be provided with accessories such as fliptop box for wire management, keyboard tray of approved make, etc. complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, supply and installation at site office Reception table 1500x600mm and height 750 mm size using 24 mm thick BWR plywood for Table top and 19 mm ply for undersupport covered with Corean solid surface stone and table top edges finished with edge band lipping; table top finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade, storage pedestal with three drawers including all necessary hardwares, etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
