Construction of Sub-grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials grading -1 spreading in uniforms layers with tractor motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotvator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired denisty, complete as per technical specification Clause 401 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road suurface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm. (Zero point twenty five to Zero point thirty ) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speciication Clause 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Provding and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm ( Twenty milimetres ) thick on prepared surface single course as wearing course compared of specified sizes of stone aggregate premixed with bituminous binder in mini hot plant 6 to 10 tonne ( Six to Ten tonne ) capacity laying mannually to required grade and camber and rolling with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne ( Eight to Ten tonne ) with 0.27 cum ( Zero decimal Twenty seven cubic metres ) of graded stone aggregate ( For mix seal surfacing Type-B) mixed with14.6 kg ( Fourteen decimal six Kilogrammes ) of bitumen binder 80/100 ( Eighty to hundred ) grade per 10 sqm ( Ten square metres ) of road surface but excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat as per MOST specification item No. 509 ( Five hudred nine ) including carriage of materials labour and equipments to site of work complete in all respect.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type-B comprising of think application of fine aggregate premixed with butimen binder 80/100 ( Eighty to hundred ) grade @ 6.80 Kg ( Six decimal Eighty kilogrammes ) with 0.06cum ( Zero decimal zero six cubic metres ) of fine aggregate per 10sqm.( Ten square metres ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mannually of mix material and rolling with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne ( Eight to Ten tonne )

Construction of un-reinforced, construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, , wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound ( where specified ) and wa ter finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
