Supply, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning of 315 kVA 11kV/433V Indoor Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer and VCB Panel with HT Metering having the following detailed specifications. The transformer shall have Normal Continuous Rating (kVA) of 315, Voltage Ratio 11kV/433V, Number of Phases 3, Frequency 50 Hz, Type of Cooling ANAN, Vector Group Dyn 11, Connections (HV / LV) Delta / Star, Winding Material Copper, Type of Tap changer ON LOAD, Tappings on HV side +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25%, Class of Insulation Class F, Lamination CRGO M4 or M3 Grade, LV Cable Box having sufficient space for terminating 2 Runs of Outgoing A2XFY LT Cables up to and including 3.5 Core 300 Sq.mm, Type of Installation Indoor, Fittings of Lifting Lugs, Temperature Indicator, Rating and Diagram Plate, Earthing Terminals, Enclosure fabricated in CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thickness with IP 23 Protection Powder Coated and then provided with Clear Coating, Standard make of OLTC, RTCC and AVR etc. complete as required conforming to IS 2026 and IS 11171. The 11kV VCB Panel with HT Metering shall have the following components. 1 Nos - 11kV, 630A, 26.3kA for 3 sec Horizontal Draw Out VCB fitted with Manual / Motor Operated Spring Charging Mechanism with 230V AC Motor and Motor Control Switch, Shunt Trip Coil of 24V DC, Closing Coil of 24V DC, Auxiliary Contacts 6NO + 6NC, Mechanical ON/OFF Indicator, Mechanical Operation Counter, Anti Pumping Feature, Automatic Safety Shutters and Push Button 3 Nos - 11kV Resin Cast CT (-/5A*, 5P10, 15VA) Dual core 1 Nos - 11kV Resin Cast PT (11kV/110V, 100VA, Class 0.5) 1 Nos - Instantaneous IDMT Relay with Microprocessor Based 3 O/C +1 E/F Relay 1 Nos - Master Trip Relay 1 Nos - Auxiliary Relay 1 Nos - Digital Ammeter 1 Nos - Digital Voltmeter 1 Set - Indicating Lamps for VCB - ON/OFF, Spring Charge, Trip Circuit Healthy, Breaker Auto Trip HT METERING 3 Nos - 11kV Resin Cast CT (-/5A*, 10VA, Class 0.2S) 1 Nos - 11kV Resin Cast PT (11KV/110V, 25VA, Class 0.2) 1 Nos - Provision for fixing HT TOD Meter 1 Set - Test Terminal Block with Fuse and Carrier 1 Set - Aluminium Busbar of 630A Rating PANEL ACCESSORIES 1 Nos - 6 Window Annunciation Panel with Alarm 1 Nos - Power Pack 230V AC - 24V DC 1 Nos - Breaker Control Switch 1 Nos - Switch with Plug point 1 Nos - Space / Strip Heater 1 Nos - Thermostat 1 Nos - Cubicle Lamp with Switch Enclosure fabricated in CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thickness with IP 34 Protection Powder Coated and then provided with Clear Coating etc. with all other necessary accessories including control wiring using 1.1kV Grade 2.5 / 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS (Flame Retardant Low Smoke) or HRFR (Heat Resistant Flame Retardant) PVC insulated single core copper conductor cables and other connections /interconnections etc. complete as required with HV Cable Box having sufficient space for terminating incoming A2XFY HT Cable up to and including 3 Core 300 Sq.mm. The Transformer and VCB Panel with HT Metering shall conform to Electrical Inspectorate and KSEBL Standards. The scope also includes the testing of CT, PT units and obtaining Test Certificates from TMR KSEBL. (*CT ratio will be furnished later and all the statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents)

Supply, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 kVA Diesel Generator Set with Acoustic Enclosure conforming to CPCB II norms already installed at Fish Meal and Oil Plant, Arattupuzha after dismantling the existing cable terminations, cables, extended exhaust pipes, additional roofings or other structures if any etc. including safely loading it in the vehicle and then transporting it to the new Nylon Twin factory Site etc. complete as required. The scope also includes the testing of CTs, Energy Meter, Relays etc. and obtaining Test Certificates from Electrical Inspectorate. (*All Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents)

EXCLUSIVE OF GST

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference

8.CENTERING & SHUTTERING: (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

9. SOLID BLOCK MASONRY: Min. average compressive strength as per IS shall be 40-50kg/cm2 and has to be assessed by testing at Govt. lab. ( Variation in rate due to change in size of block and level of floor as per DSR/PRICE has to be considered)

10.PLUMBING & SANITARY FITTINGS: Note: Make of Water supply and sanitary items: Best branded ISI make Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware or eq. in the order of pref. Water pipe: Supreme, Finolex or eq. with IS and all fittings with IS.

6.VETRIFIED FLOOR TILES/ CERAMIC GLAZED WALL TILES: Make: Khajaria, Jhonson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or Eq. in the order of preference and prior sample approval from KEL, Client

15.ALUMINIUM WORK: Make: INDAL, JINDAL in the order of preference and prior sample approval from KEL, Client

10.Rigid PVCPipes/Casing & Capping - A-ONE/REPUTED MAKE with ISI , Precession, Balco, GEO

9. ACRYLIC SMOOTH EXTERIOR PAINT/ SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT/WHITE CEMENT BASED PUTTY/ CEMENT PRIMER: Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolas or eq. in the order of pref.

11.ELECTRICAL: Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
