SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Dismantaling of PCC block walling/ brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), ncluding cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150mm internal dia, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 200mm internal dia, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of 150mm internal dia , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying cable, pipe lines, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying cable, pipe lines, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in hard rock by mechanical means or chiselling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying cable, pipe lines, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats, first coat shall be 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second coat shall be 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing with liquid water proofing admixture @300ml per 50 Kg of cement in every coat, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of water proofing admixture shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix in surface channels and drains, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, M-10(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore, including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after laying of pipe and tested; complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, M-10(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore, including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after laying of pipe and tested; complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast Iron sand cast pipe of 150mm bore, soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed, capacity not, less then 4.50 Kgf/Sqcm, in any length fixing with adhesive/ solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast reinforcement cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type-B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel deformed/ twisted bars of 6mm to 8mmdia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe of internal dia of 100mm and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, design mix M-25, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of dried up/ blocked/ choked manholes of any type and any sizes, in any position by any manual or machenically means including taking out and putting back manhole covers in original position after cleaning of manholes including removing the sludge and other waste materials/ blockages, transport to outside of Unit/ Cantonment area and spreading bleaching powder on top of manholes covers to make hygienically fit, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of transportation (in closed containers) of waste materials shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Cleaning of blocked/ choked SGSW/ Cast Iron drain pipes/ sewer lines of any dia and any types, in horizontal or vertical position by rodding, from manholes to manholes and manholes end to septic tanks/ soakage wells, flushing with pressure jet of water/ sewage suction machine after taking out existing manholes covers and putting back manhole covers in original position after cleaning of lines including removing the sludge and other waste materials/ blockage in drain pipes, transport to outside of Unit/ Cantonment area and spreading bleaching powder on top of manholes covers of septic/ soakage pits or in the surrounding areas to make hygienically fit, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of transportation of waste materials shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Providing, plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type-B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in manhole bedding/ benching kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), setting coat 3mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish in cement mortar 1:2, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, size 200mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, size 150mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 74,900.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
