S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate including making good disturb surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including making good disturb surface necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) 12.5mm graded aggregate as in pressed steel door frame (backfill) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed paneled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (factory made shutters) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed factory made Flush shutters ,solid core constructon with block boards core and plywood face panels ,commercial type on both sides all complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for factory made 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) glazed & skeleton shutters, 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass, gauze etc. with , edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and metred beads ofr securing glass, gauze etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified. NOTE : Wire gauge shutter should also have the provision of vertical member of size 100mm 35mm at middle of the shutter).

Supply, and fixing 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickenss. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm ( + 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. S&F Aluminium powder coated door seal strip with glass woolve fixed with steel screws at bottom rail of external door complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Aluminum, anodized, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm long, fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely

Supply only integral WPC as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and one coat of primers and wall care putty 1-2 mm thk on walls.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on plastered/ brick surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces priming plastered and other surafce with alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster/un treated surface of wall / coloum, beam, chajja etc. and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface a layer of 1mm - 2mm thick external wall putty and making smooth by using sand paper applying two coat of extrior acylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over a coat of primer, to be applied using an airless spray machine, complete all as manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

S&F powdered coated anodised aluminium frame for window, ventilator with one or more rebates with minimun powder coating of 50 micron incl jointing cleat for fixing complete all as specified.

S&F powdered coated anodised three track aluminium section with locking arrangement extruded anodised aluminium section in windows (Powder coated in any colour as approved by GE) with movable, openable or moving type shutter or any pattern as directed, aluminium section including handle ,tower bolt (medium weight of series -B) or size as directed, cut to size,locking arrangment , jointed together including rubber beading and all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass pane measured and paid seperately

S&F framed work such as grills, framed guards bars and similar work conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 50860.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
