work Items :

Demolishing & removing damage brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & removing old damage cement plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Earth work in rough excavation ,banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , ramming with wooden or steel rammer for the foundation of the compound wall and filling up ground depressions , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m .All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement (P.C.C) concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering .All work up to plinth leavein 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) .

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: With Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Provision for 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Ordinary cement without any pigment

Provision for tactile block precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Ordinary cement without any pigment

Removing damage MS grill from the compound wall including angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead

Provision for Structural steel work (Grill) riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) pipe made of Hollow tubes, channels plates etc., including welding ,grinding ,buffing ,polishing and making curvature (wherever required ) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete for stainless steel board.

Providing Retro –reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter mode out of 2mm thick aluminium steel, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer –in –charge letter symbols , borders etc .will be as per IRC -67 with required color scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm .The board will be fixed with to 1 No . 50x50mm square post made of M.S angle 50x50x4mm .4m long welded to the frame with adequate anti- theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer)and back said of aluminium sheet to be painted including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer –in –charge.

Provision for good quality Granite stone for preparing of CNB including transportation, fixing charges, GST, and all taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer incharge

Writing of signage board (CNB) by engraving over Granite stone.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) .

Provision for supplying & fixing C.I benches for visitors with approved design by the engineer in-charge including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed and deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including transportation, fitting & fixing, painting etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Provision for 15 W solar street light with all accessories including underground wiring, lilon batteries up to 9 hours backup time Lumen 130, 60 w solar panel with 5 m GI pole & 5 mtr barbed wire (2 years warranty) etc to illuminate the pathways of monument as per requirement of site with transportation, fitting & fixing charges, installation, GST, and all taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge

Provision for supplying & fixing of PVC dustbins (100 ltr+) with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper solid & disposal waste management at site including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed at site.
