Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Floor Mounted Packaged Type of capacity AC Units of specified capacity 198000 Btu/hr, 16.5TR (11TR Inverter + 5.5TR fixed type), with microprocessor based controller including humidity control system for maintaining 60+-5% RH with scroll condensing unitscroll condensing unit charging Eco Friendly Refrigerant along with all standard fittings, safety devices, HP/LP cut-out, single phase preventer, energy efficient with inverter type suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply, including electric control connection between indoor and outdoor unit and power cabling as per required with cable tray at exposed area , anti vibrate pads,fasteners,neccessary foundation for indoor and out door units shall be provided as per directions of OEM specifications & Engg in Chargeincluding suitable size of LT Electrical cables1100 volt,3 Ph (connecting from nearest LT panels),MCB/MCCB's and DBs shall be provide as per OEM recommendation for safety of equipments. Material and laying of Refrigerant piping (Suction size 1 1/8" & Discharge size 7/8") Hard drawn from hard copper tube of suitable sizes as recommended by OEM , with copper elbows, tees all connecting material for Indoor and outdoor unit connections complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed as recommended by OEM , incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed as recommedned by OEM, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing and Application of Acoustic Insulation of 09 mm thickness at inside the duct with engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 passing class 1 Fire performance test and with built in antimicrobial protection; Applied using manufacturere recommended rubber based adhesive in blend of solvents Make : Recommended make of OEM

Supply & Installation of Thermal Insulation having 25 mm thickness on Ducts in side the roof or exposed area(if requred) using Closed Cell Class 'O' Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation to be applied on Ducts using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and directed. Make : Recommended make of OEM

Material and labour Machine made powder coated supply / return grills and diffusers of aluminium construction including 18 G GI collar dampers for supply air inlet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 250 mm x 250 mm fresh air arrangement with external cowl and bird screen along with with volume control damper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour superior quality of Canvas connection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note; This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site aftre the length of strip 7.5 Mtr

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm (Upto length of 7.5Mtr strip including) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of exising copper pipe lines between of Package AC indoor and out door units, controller cables,evacuation of refrigerent from the existing units, including Shifting of old unserviceable in door and out door units from foundation, preparation of necessary foundation/lifting of existing foundation works for newly installed outdoor and indoor units as per sizes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Air cooled Floor mounted Package AC of capacity 7.5 TR or nearest higher availble capacity invertor type ) energy efficient with suitable for opertation three phase AC electric supply,including filling of eco friendly refrigerant in indoor compressors,and installation work as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/floors with existing finishes,including suitable electric XLPEand controll cable of size as per OEM recommendations for connecting between indoor,outdoor units and fixed on cable Tray including provding MS channel foundation as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Make: Daikin/Carrier/Blue Star Note for item No. 1,2 & 14: (i) The false ceiling along with accessories required to be removed during the erection of ducts/AC units shall be repaired/ replaced to existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii) If specified capacity of AC plant is not available, then the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost.

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC drain piping. Drain Piping 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of existing plenum with GI duct of size 20 gauge including with thermal and acousting insulations,along with suitable size of duct branch connections as recommended by OEM specifications for air flow ,upto suppy air duct , necessary bends,joints shall be included and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of VCD(Volume control dampers) at all supply air duct connections and replacement with new grills for return air duct/paths complete all as specififed and directed.

Supply and replacement of fresh air dampers with bird screen arrengement as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of existing canvas connections between indoor and plenum with superior quality as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed.
